RETURN POLICY (and EXCHANGES)

We would love for our customers to fall in love with our products, but if for any reason they are not satisfied, they have the possibility of returning the product without any problem, as long as the products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with the label inside and exterior on the garment (exceptions mentioned in section 2).

Refunds will be made once the quality control department receives and examines whether the product is in order and meets the aforementioned requirements.

The refund will be paid in the same way the purchase was made. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 1.Return period

The return period is 30 days from the arrival of the package.

During sales, the return period is reduced to 15 days from the delivery of the package.

2.Return is not supported

Used products (dirty, broken, without label, without box) or that have a failure caused by misuse or wear.

For hygiene reasons, covers and boxes of masks, jewelry, lingerie, hair accessories and socks are not returned.

Party items, items included in the party tab (party bags, shoes, boots, ankle boots, sandals with party heels, party dresses, and other party clothing.) and items with -50% discount or more.
